Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information about USPS products, services, and mail delivery timelines
- Assist customers with mail tracking, lost items, and service complaints
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while adhering to USPS protocols
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of service issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process postage transactions and handle billing or refund requests when required
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, or logistics environment
