Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Analysis – Provide robust financial analysis and insights, develop forecasting models, conduct variance analysis, and lead weekly and monthly financial reviews.
• Data-Driven Decision Support – Design and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data integrity across financial platforms.
• Process Improvement & Automation – Champion strategic process improvements and drive the adoption of automation and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Technology Strategy & Deployment – Lead the review and rationalization of supply chain applications, oversee system deployments, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning – Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and refine service offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain finance, strategy, or operations leadership.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
• Expertise in Python, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
