Position Overview
EverCommerce [Nasdaq: EVCM] is a leading service commerce platform providing vertically tailored, integrated SaaS solutions that help more than 600,000 global service-based businesses accelerate growth. Service Fusion, now an EverCommerce company, serves nearly 4,000 field service contractors across diverse service verticals. We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on our Service Fusion solutions. You are an extrovert with a proven sales track record who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and loves technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities and pipeline.
- Connect with prospects via inbound and outbound channels.
- Assess prospect needs and articulate the benefits and feasibility of Service Fusion.
- Perform online demos for qualified prospects.
- Negotiate and close new business while consistently achieving monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all Service Fusion products and services.
- Stay informed on the Field Service Management Software market and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with managers and peers on various projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Technical proficiency with Office applications, Email, and CRM systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build customer rapport through active listening and effective dialogue.
- Commitment to collegial and collaborative relationships with team members and leadership.
- Adherence to Service Fusion’s policies and procedures.
- Dedication to ongoing personal growth and development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to SMBs.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Experience with a software/workflow product.

Compensation
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 plus monthly variable compensation. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, work location, education/training, key skills, internal equity, and market data.
