Lead Test Engineer

Position Overview

This position entails conducting Design Verification on software and performing essential engineering duties in planning and designing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform software regression analysis.
• Create both manual and automated test systems, with a focus on manual testing.
• Conduct interface and requirements analysis.
• Utilize software test tools such as SQL, Python, and Postman.
• Develop content for design reviews.
• Execute design verification tests and write design verification protocols.
• Work with web and mobile products.
• Coordinate and execute Design Verification Test (DVT) protocols and prepare test summary reports.
• Provide technical feedback and innovative ideas to the design engineering team based on test findings to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in and contribute to technical design reviews and other activities throughout the design phase.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering and validation.
• Proficiency in creating test procedures and test plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
