Position Overview

Located in Chanhassen, Minnesota, PMT Corporation was established in 1979 as a private company dedicated to the research and development of specialty products, devices, and instruments used in the medical field. Known for manufacturing and distributing high-end, innovative products in orthopedic, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery markets, PMT Corporation offers a stable and established environment for motivated professionals. We are seeking an energetic Territory Sales Manager (2-3 years experience) for our Neurosurgery & Orthopedic Spine division to manage current accounts, build upon relationships, and develop new business in the assigned territory. Note: Up to 40% travel, including overnight stays, is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain current accounts within the Neurosurgery & Orthopedic Spine division.
  • Build on existing accounts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Travel up to 40% within the territory, including overnight stays.

Required Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, confident, and driven with a competitive nature and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week (40% travel).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to finalizing service agreements.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven record of successfully closing new business.
  • Comfortable observing medical procedures in the operating room.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and CRM/Netsuite.
  • Valid and current driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle.
