Position Overview

River City Science Academy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, United States. In this entry-level, full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Process customer transactions, including payments and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
