Epicor ERP Developer Specialist

Position Overview

Join LaundryLux Distribution as an Epicor ERP Developer Specialist. The Epicor ERP Specialist will participate in Epicor implementations and be responsible for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. You will assist LaundryLux Distribution in organizing and controlling tasks, leading small customer project teams or engagements. Must be available for overnight travel throughout North America (approximately 10% travel).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute onsite and remote Epicor ERP 10 software implementation projects for LaundryLux Distribution companies.
• Collaborate with project teams to define and document business requirements and processes to improve operational efficiencies and productivity.
• Own and deliver end-user training, maintain training curriculum and documentation, and track user acceptance as system updates are made.
• Lead the implementation or improvement of modules and third-party systems (service, warranty, payment portal, FP&A module) including data migration using the Epicor Data Migration Tool.
• Create and modify cross-company BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, and forms, as well as configure Multi Company transactions and maintain global data records.
• Troubleshoot and support the ERP software, resolving Epicor support issues via the Helpdesk ticketing system.
• Design financial and analysis reports, gather client requirements, document functional specifications, and maintain project plans to ensure on-time task completion.
• Provide regular project status updates and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities, and monitor project task performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated time management capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of program design, testing, and modification.
• Ability to quickly learn or proficiency in the coding and programming languages used in the organization along with effective teaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epicor ERP software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
