As Manager of Content & Business Development at EverPass, you will support and execute content and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves working cross‐functionally to nurture content partnerships, identify new business opportunities, manage key account deliverables, and drive high‐impact projects. It is a strong fit for a media‐savvy professional with a passion for content and strong business instincts in a fast‐paced, growth‐focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of EverPass’s content roadmap and strategy.
  • Assist in sourcing, structuring, and managing relationships with leagues, rights holders, platforms, and agencies.
  • Research and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across sports, media, and technology.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and landscape mapping to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Manage key account deliverables, track partner reporting obligations, and support activation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to drive execution of partnership deals and special projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, content strategy, or strategic planning within the media, sports, or digital content space.
  • Experience supporting deal execution, partnership strategy, or content licensing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a bias for action.
  • Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for sports, media, and the evolving content landscape.
