Graduate Management Trainee (Entry-Level)

About the Position

We’re currently hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing marketing and sales firm that specializes in face-to-face customer acquisition through retail events and in-store promotions. With continued expansion, they are looking to bring on motivated individuals ready to develop into future leaders through a structured management training program.

This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a long-term career in marketing, sales, and leadership. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands in retail locations and event-based environments
• Engage in face-to-face customer interactions to promote products and services
• Assist customers with product knowledge, promotions, and enrollment
• Support daily sales and marketing campaigns inside high-traffic retail settings
• Contribute to customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Work closely with leadership to learn campaign strategy, team management, and performance tracking
• Participate in structured training focused on leadership development, sales strategy, and business operations
• Begin developing the skills needed to manage teams and oversee campaign performance
