Position Overview

Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Pillar To Post, North America’s leading and largest home inspection company. Join an experienced team that delivers an excellent client experience and drives company growth.

We seek an enthusiastic, professional, and creative individual to develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy aimed at increasing revenue and driving year-over-year growth.

Training to deliver the Pillar To Post operating and brand standards will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all marketing operations and metrics to grow the business.
  • Build and develop relationships with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
  • Utilize numerous marketing campaigns, processes, and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Sales/Marketing and Social Media experience required.
  • A positive, outgoing self-starter with a strong work ethic, good presence, and energy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and persistence in marketing efforts.
  • Self-driven, eager, and passionate.
  • Background check and driving record may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Real Estate preferred but not required.
