Position Overview

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses that enables enterprises and ambitious startups to accept payments and grow their revenue. The Link Consumer Marketing team focuses on building awareness, engagement, and preference for Stripe's consumer payments product, Link – a one-click checkout solution used by millions. In this Head of Consumer Marketing role, you will set the multi-year consumer marketing strategy, lead a team of marketers, define core positioning and target personas, and orchestrate full-funnel campaigns across channels to drive consumer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and manage execution of Link's integrated consumer marketing strategy to drive consumer acquisition and engagement across all marketing touchpoints such as paid media, site, OOH, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and social channels.
  • Manage a small team of marketers and make critical hires to support growth.
  • Define target market, segments, addressable audience, and target penetration in close collaboration with user research.
  • Allocate the marketing budget for all campaigns and provide regular ROI reports.
  • Collaborate with product and product marketing to shape the campaign messaging framework and integrate product launch moments into broader campaigns.
  • Work alongside partnerships and communications to define Link's media strategy.
  • Guide the creative team with customer insights and key messages to build impactful campaigns.
  • Direct and manage cross-functional teams, including internal teams and agencies, ensuring strong project management, communication, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in tech marketing, including at least 10 years in B2C marketing and 5+ years managing teams.
  • Experience running high-profile campaigns for leading tech companies across diverse channels in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals.
  • Experience owning and managing a marketing budget.
  • Fluency with engagement platforms such as Braze.
