As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in one of our retail stores using your unique talents, passion for technology, and exceptional customer service skills to create the ultimate in‐store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
- Create personal connections with guests to make technology feel simple.
- Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience Required: One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find effective solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Qualifications: Must complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the start date, which may include overnight travel as well as ongoing online and computer-based training.
