Position Overview
With roots dating back to the 1800s, our Customer is a global professional services firm headquartered in New York City with expertise in insurance brokerage, risk management, reinsurance services, talent management, investment advisory, and management consulting. We are seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator on a contract basis to support business needs in a hybrid role based in Louisville, KY.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range for this position, with most candidates joining at the median based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with account work for a large team of Sales Professionals by supporting transactions for complex or high-yield accounts.
- Communicate with agents, brokers, account representatives, and internal stakeholders while independently drafting and sending correspondence.
- Maintain the account management system and software, ensuring all information is accurate and timely for team use.
- Complete filings and documentation required for account work and compliance; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for necessary information.
- Independently coordinate and organize large ad-hoc or recurring events, managing communications, agendas, logistics, and budgets.
- Draft and review presentations or deliverables to ensure content accuracy and proper messaging.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys for existing team accounts and develop reports to relay results to Sales Professionals.
- Manage accounting matters including reconciling Accounts Receivable and addressing any gaps or issues until resolved.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- Experience in sales support, account management, or administrative coordination
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
