Required Qualifications

• For Java/Software Programmers: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience with Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++, plus exposure to Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Sound understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with knowledge in Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates lacking experience or technical competency may opt for our Skill Enhancement Programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, or Time Series Analysis.
