About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Growth Marketing Director to spearhead our user acquisition initiatives, particularly within the SMB tech market. The right candidate will excel at overseeing the entire growth marketing process, discovering new acquisition strategies while optimizing current approaches. This role requires a hands-on, data-focused mindset, prioritizing quick experimentation and effective scaling.

You will be responsible for driving growth metrics, creating and managing a comprehensive testing framework, and working closely with our product team to enhance activation, onboarding, and user retention. We seek someone with a proven track record of successfully scaling user acquisition in SMB SaaS or tech environments. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of small business owners' motivations and behaviors, alongside at least 7 years of growth marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role at a rapidly expanding company.

Experience with AI, marketing technology, or automation tools relevant to SMBs will be advantageous. A strong history of delivering results in leading companies with substantial SMB user bases is essential. We need an innovative builder, someone enthusiastic about diving into details to drive growth effectively, with skills in experimentation and the ability to apply frameworks such as unit economics and payback curves.
