As the Sales Consultant, Biopsy & Surgical, you will expand sales and win market share by leveraging our value-added services. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working remotely across Arizona, New Mexico, and Las Vegas (with a concentration in Phoenix, AZ), you will help drive impactful change. Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 - $100,000, with commission eligibility and a total compensation target of $165,000 - $200,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across Mammotome’s full product portfolio in your assigned territory by creating and maintaining strategic call plans.
- Build clinical skills and develop expertise across all aspects of breast care—from diagnostics to surgical procedures.
- Train and inform customers on product use and benefits to support case conversions and maintain competitive accounts.
- Develop and nurture outstanding relationships with both prospective and existing customers, quickly resolving issues.
- Identify countermeasures to defend against competitive threats while educating customers about indications, contraindications, safety, and revenue benefits of Mammotome’s products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of business-to-business selling experience.
- Medical device capital sales experience is preferred, with a track record of success or equivalent transferable experience.
- Value-based selling experience, including demonstrated success in negotiating and handling pricing objections.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (typically 1-3 days per week, including occasional overnight or air travel) and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
