Lead Generation/Appointment Setter Specialist - Medical Device Repair

Position Overview
Precision MedLab Services – Irvine, CA (Hybrid/Remote Option) is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will follow up with potential clients after our email campaigns, engage in professional conversations to qualify prospects, and schedule appointments (via Zoom or in-person) for our senior staff to close deals. You will play a critical role in connecting with decision-makers including biomeds, lab managers, purchasing managers, and hospital administrators.
Compensation: We offer two compensation structures. With Commission AND Base Pay, you receive a base pay of $16.50 per hour, plus an additional $5 for each appointment booked that answers our call and a $30 bonus if the appointment leads to a signed monthly service contract. Alternatively, if you choose Commission Based ONLY, you will earn $30 per appointment booked that answers our call along with a $250 bonus when an appointment results in a signed monthly service contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Make follow-up phone calls to potential clients after email campaigns.
- Engage in conversations to highlight the value of our medical device repair services.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Schedule appointments (Zoom or in-person) for senior staff to present and close deals.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (healthcare or B2B sales preferred) is a MUST.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven — able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience: Inside sales – 6 years; Lead generation – 5 years; Medical or Healthcare – 2 years (all Required).
