Key Responsibilities
- Serve as project liaison between IT and the business; provide input to guide evaluation, prioritization, and sequencing of key initiatives along with managing inter-project dependencies.
- Partner with PMO leadership to define, establish, enforce, and refine processes and best practices.
- Provide hands-on program and project management leadership including initiation, scheduling, control, and project closure.
- Lead change management by anticipating, evaluating, and mitigating the impact of change while driving business engagement for improved solution adoption.
- Oversee meeting preparations, follow-up activities, document issues, and escalate to leadership and project stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in business discussions to ensure requirements are clearly documented and addressed by the technology solution.
- Coordinate internal and external resource requirements and measure/report on project performance, progress, risks, and issues.
- Assist in third party vendor selection and management as required and manage project budgets with regular budget vs. actuals reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint, Visio, Teams, Atlassian’s Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Ability to create presentations and confidently present in front of large audiences, along with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Compensation: Estimated annual salary of $93,750 - $125,000. The actual pay may vary based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
