Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media SEO and Ad Buy Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence through strategic search engine optimization, targeted advertising campaigns, and effective social media management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital marketing tools, and web analytics to drive traffic, improve search rankings, and optimize ad performance across various platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovative online marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: From $70,000.00 per year. Work Location: In person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across major search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to maximize visibility.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through social media platforms and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics.
  • Execute conversion optimization techniques to increase user engagement and lead generation.
  • Manage content management systems like WordPress and ensure website updates align with SEO best practices.
  • Implement and manage tracking tags using Google Tag Manager for accurate data collection.
  • Perform link building activities to enhance domain authority and backlink profiles.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content optimized for SEO and social media channels.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management to continually refine strategies.
  • Analyze web analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement in website performance and ad effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and metadata optimization techniques.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and SEO tools for keyword research and site audits.
  • Ability to execute link building strategies effectively while adhering to best practices.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of search engines’ ranking factors and ranking algorithms.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators and designers.
