Job Description
Position Overview
Oceaneering, a global provider of engineered services primarily to the offshore energy industry, invites you to join its paid Summer Internship Program (mid-May to early August) as part of the Grayloc team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in engineering and project management by generating documents, organizing SharePoint, creating reports, and developing procedures. Note: This position requires daily onsite attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day engineering and project management tasks.
- Generate documents, organize SharePoint, create reports, and develop procedures.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering projects.
- Collaborate with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met.
- Gain valuable experience across the oil and gas, aerospace, and entertainment industries.
Required Qualifications
- Currently a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Project Management, science, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CAD software, and other calculation software.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- No relocation or housing assistance is offered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to physical tools used for home improvement, woodworking, automotive, or related areas.
- Experience in programming, either as part of coursework or as a hobby.
