This is a fully remote leadership role where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through social media channels and direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms. You will lead the charge in crafting compelling content, managing social media campaigns, optimizing online store performance, and implementing data-driven growth tactics. Key responsibilities include defining our brand voice and social media strategy, managing all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), overseeing paid social advertising campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize ROI. On the e-commerce front, you will focus on user experience optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, email marketing integration, and driving traffic to our online store. This role requires a deep understanding of current social media trends, e-commerce best practices, digital marketing analytics, and customer journey mapping. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a proven track record of scaling social media followings and driving significant revenue growth for e-commerce businesses. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated social media and e-commerce growth strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance analysis.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Drive e-commerce website traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through various digital channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies for website UX, checkout process, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and e-commerce, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product, customer service) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and e-commerce marketing.
- Manage the social media and e-commerce marketing budget effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and e-commerce assistants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in social media marketing and e-commerce growth, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising strategies.
- Expertise: in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Proficiency: in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
