We’re looking for a Field Tech II to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
- Electromechanical experience a plus.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
- Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
Wage Range
The hourly rate for this position is between $20.25 - $29.70 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
