Position Overview

In this role, you will utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets while supporting clients in solving complex business problems. Focused on building strong relationships, you will work to manage and inspire teams, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality outcomes even in ambiguous situations.

  • Document and analyze business processes for AI and Generative AI opportunities, from requirements gathering to solution approach development.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems and select appropriate analytical models and approaches.
  • Design and solution AI/GenAI architectures for plugin-based and custom application builds.
  • Process unstructured and structured data as context for large language models, including embedding techniques and building data connectors.
  • Manage daily operations of a global data and analytics team on client engagements—review models, provide feedback, and assist analysis.
  • Direct data engineers and fellow data scientists to deliver efficient solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of proof of concepts, pilots, and production use cases in cross-functional teams.
  • Structure, write, communicate, and facilitate impactful client presentations.
  • Coach and guide associates, providing feedback to enhance work performance.
  • Manage AI/GenAI application development teams, including both back-end and front-end integrations.
  • Utilize Python (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras), popular LLM development frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel), and manage both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) storages.
  • Apply analytical techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Optimization, including vectorization, embedding, and prompt engineering.
  • Maintain hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Utilize Git version control along with Unit/Integration/End-to-End testing practices, CI/CD, and release management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or related fields
  • Proven expertise in building and managing AI/GenAI solutions and teams
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency in Python and analytical techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong client relationships

  • Compensation: $77,000 - $202,000 with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus (actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location)
