Your Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing efforts for rental properties on various platforms.

  • Ensure all properties that meet "ok to show" criteria are marketed in advance
  • Utilize all marketing platforms - email, social media, and focused sales/leasing event campaigns
  • Create marketing flyers for print and digital use
  • Visit properties to obtain pictures for use in marketing efforts
  • Analyze leads to contact possible renters for units on the market
  • Use lead data to review marketing efforts for effectiveness
  • Work with property management to ensure signage and lockboxes are on units

Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in marketing/advertising or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs
  • Extremely comfortable with use of technology including computers, the internet and electronic files
  • Willing and able to learn new software and technological tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize appropriately
