Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading initiatives that enhance our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients, nurturing relationships to convert leads into sales.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing business development initiatives.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for effective account management.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
