Job Description
Position Overview
Join our team as a TurboTax Product Expert working from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers with their questions on TurboTax products and tax return software – from downloading and logging in to basic navigation, importing documents, and filing. Enjoy continuous support from your assigned Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Marketplace Performance Specialist while working flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer TurboTax customer questions regarding product usage and basic tax queries.
- Guide customers through downloading, logging in, navigation, and basic document management.
- Complete a fast, 3-day certification process to become a subject matter expert.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule while meeting a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Collaborate with your SME and Marketplace Performance Specialist during live calls to provide top-notch service.
Required Qualifications
- No specific accounting background required – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are a must.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions empathetically.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs.
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week within the defined flexible schedule.
