Position Overview

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are seeking a talented, detail‐oriented Supply Chain Analyst to drive efficient and cost‐effective planning, procurement, and management of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Analyze and monitor existing supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Track and monitor inventory levels, fulfillment, and delivery of products and materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and compliance with supply chain operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data and make recommendations to optimize the process.
  • Implement strategies to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials across the supply chain.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Manage projects related to supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in supply chain operations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain concepts.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
