Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative with field‐based work flexibility. In this role you will become the resident expert on Stryker Foot & Ankle products and work closely with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions.
- Establish yourself as the resident Foot & Ankle expert, engaging with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Adapt quickly in dynamic operating room environments, organizing materials and offering on-the-spot solutions.
- Manage and maintain product inventory meticulously and assist customers as needed.
- Leverage comprehensive product knowledge, including competitor offerings, to build credibility with surgeons and provide training on life-saving tools.
- Embrace the high-intensity nature of the role and drive to change lives by delivering superior healthcare products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both).
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships, especially with surgeons and hospitals.
- Comfortable working in emergency and operating room environments.
- Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours.
- Commitment to compliance and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
