Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our client’s finance team located in Waukegan, IL. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities
• Help with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in the preparation for audits
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
