ICC, Inc. is a leading marketing firm specializing in dynamic marketing programs for clients in the electronics, entertainment, technology, and consumer electronics industries. Based in Kalamazoo, MI, our solidified and effective marketing programs have established a powerful presence with some of the world’s largest chain retailers. We are seeking aMarketing Manager/Account Managerwith strong customer service and marketing skills to join our growing friendly team. In this role, you will work as a key business interface, helping develop existing accounts and attract new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary external business interface for customers and the external sales force.
- Provide a full range of customer service support including pricing information, lead time inquiries, and proactive sales management – ensuringcustomer serviceexcellence.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with managers and end-user customers.
- Participate in promotional and reactive sales campaigns while implementing brand management strategies.
- Handle sales reporting and track day-to-day progress to support overall business development.
