Jr. Marketing Associate

Position Overview

EntreVation LLC, a management consulting firm located in Washington, DC, is proud to present you with a great opportunity as an Jr. Marketing Associate. We are looking for an up and coming marketing associate who desires to contribute to the growth of start up businesses through strategic campaigns. This position will ensure that public facing content is streamlined and just-in-time for our consumers. In this role you will support the Chief Marketing Officer in delivering strategic communications and media management.

Location: Washington, DC / Maryland (Baltimore)/Virginia Area
Schedule: Part-Time/Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the strategies involved in the marketing of goods and services.
• Effectively communicate with clients, senior agency executives and consumers.
• Apply the latest marketing tools to both start-up and established companies.
• Support the production of custom marketing materials.
• Update client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations.
• Daily, weekly, monthly posting.
• Track projects and team activities.
• Assist with client communications and standardize marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Reporting Research Results
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Some knowledge of WordPress
• Experience in Social Media Marketing: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube; GlassDoor
• Some knowledge of HTML / CSS
• SEO experience
• Understanding of project management systems (i.e., Trello)
• Experience with paid ads, CPA measurement, etc.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Experience with project management or CRM systems
• Experience sending bulk emails
