Marketing and ECOMMERCE Assistant

Position Overview

Elle Brands, a growing faith-inspired jewelry business in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to help manage its online presence and support daily business operations. In this role, you will engage in social media marketing, update product listings and inventory, and interact with customers – all while contributing to a community built around beautiful, handcrafted jewelry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging posts on Facebook and other social media platforms
• Engage with customers online through comments, messages, and posts
• Assist with creating product listings and updating inventory
• Help take and upload product photos for the website and social media
• Support marketing campaigns and special promotions
• Work closely with the business owner to execute marketing and e-commerce strategies

Required Qualifications

• Must live in or near Columbus, Ohio
• Must have your own laptop
• Must be comfortable working in-person at the business owner’s home during training (potential to work remotely after)
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with social media marketing, e-commerce, jewelry, sales, or customer service

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour
• Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential for increased hours, pay, and responsibilities
• Bonus opportunities may be available based on performance
• Location: In-person in Columbus, Ohio (with potential for hybrid/remote in the future)
