Position Overview

Process Street is a no-code workflow platform startup based in San Francisco that helps teams build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. As a Customer Support Level 1 Specialist, you will be the primary line of communication with our diverse customer base—from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises—and play a critical role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role, working 9am-6pm PST for candidates located in Central or South America, offers an opportunity to thrive in a flexible, remote, and impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects.
  • Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs.
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand product functionality.
  • Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers.
  • Assist our Customer Success Managers with large customers.
  • Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base.
  • Conduct product demos for prospects.
  • Conduct onboarding and account reviews for existing customers.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating an outstanding customer experience.
  • A self-motivated, growth-oriented mentality and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Ability to work 9am-6pm PST.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with remote customers.
  • Familiarity with Intercom and Salesforce.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or global distributed team environment.
