Position Overview

Data Analyst/Manager (Political) – A political data analytics firm is seeking a Data Analyst/Manager to support Republican political clients through hands‑on voter data analysis, audience building, and client‑facing analytics support. Salary: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission. Location: Alexandria, VA (Hybrid – 3 days in office). Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with Republican voter data, scores, and targeting models
• Build and query audiences using voter files and analytics platforms
• Pull counts, analyze trends, and explain pathways (including 50+1 logic)
• Support clients with memos, insights, and data‑driven recommendations
• Collaborate closely with senior analysts and technical leadership
• Grow technically through mentorship (SQL, Python, R encouraged)

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with Republican political data (state data, RNC, analytics teams, or vendor‑side)
• Strong understanding of voter scores, query logic, and audience construction
• Exposure to SQL, Python, and/or R
• Comfortable in client‑facing environments
• Working knowledge of political cycles, workflows, and analytics context
• 3+ years relevant experience preferred
