Job Description
Position Overview
WSP is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning Strategic Growth Team (SGT) in any US location where we have an office – including cities such as Kennesaw, Lakeland, Lakewood, Denver, Buffalo, Novi, Sacramento, and Charlotte. This in-office role supports proposal and collateral printing and production, compliance flip-through, labeling and shipping, conference and event logistics, data management, and various communications initiatives that fuel our Earth & Environment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Special Projects Marketing Manager in executing print production
- Assists with conference and event logistics, including booth materials and promotional item coordination
- Helps coordinate aspects of preparing proposals and qualifications
- Manages data in marketing and sales systems and maintains collateral inventory
- Creates PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks, and other documents in support of the business
- Organizes meetings, performs general research, and compares data as needed
- Collaborates with graphic design staff to produce marketing materials
- Supports client account teams and assists with communications activities such as newsletter writing and project announcements
- Provides support to marketing managers and the Director with various special projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications tools (a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously

- Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $53,900 - $97,900
- Compensation: Expected Salary (Colorado only): $53,900 - $91,850
