Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, read, and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine wiring layout, equipment, and fixture placement.
• Assist the Superintendent in planning work and schedules.
• Inspect crews’ installations for quality, ensuring code and safety standards are met.
• Provide on-site direction, mentorship, and training to Apprentice Electricians.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in new commercial and industrial construction settings.
• Lay out, terminate, and interpret complex electrical drawings for critical tie-ins and outages.
• Ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed.

Required Qualifications

• A valid TDLR Journeyman’s License is required.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and project managers regarding project progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
