Job Description

Job Title: Equipment Inspector – Entry-Level QC

Location: Miami, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $16/hr to start, with an increase to $18/hr after 3 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment Inspector to join our team in Miami, Florida. You’ll be responsible for inspecting machines after they’ve been detailed, ensuring they meet company standards before moving on to the next stage. This position plays a vital role in our quality control process and will be the lead in a two-person department.

Responsibilities:

• Receive equipment from the detailer and thoroughly inspect for quality and completeness
• Verify that all previous handling was done correctly and according to company standards
• Use an iPad to complete and submit inspection reports through our internal platform
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address and resolve issues
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inspection area

Qualifications:

• Light or minor Quality Control (QC) experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic comfort with using an iPad or tablet (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the inspection process
• Leadership potential and a strong work ethic

Compensation & Advancement:

• Starting pay: $16/hr
• Eligible for pay increase: to $18/hr after 3 months, based on performance and leadership within the department
• Future raises: based on annual performance evaluations
