Tech Ops Technology Intern

Position Overview

The Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Technology Intern at Endeavor Air will apply classroom knowledge in a hands-on, professional environment. Working within the Tech Ops Technology Department that supports maintenance operations, you will assist with data analytics, dashboard development in Tableau or Power BI, and data integration initiatives while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and testing SQL queries to retrieve data from enterprise databases and validate data accuracy.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to translate business questions into visual insights.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams to understand data needs, document requirements, and map data flows between systems.
• Shadow senior team members in designing data models and integration workflows, and help document data sources and transformation logic.
• Gain exposure to enterprise data platforms while receiving mentorship and training in data analytics best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with Junior or Senior standing.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, ethical behavior, and continuous learning.
• Effective organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
