Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers daily to inform them of client products and services.
- Perform needs assessments and recommend products or refer appropriate consumer leads to the sales department.
- Ensure and provide quality service to external customers.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Take initiative to resolve escalations or complaints.
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
- Utilize training materials effectively to ensure a smooth transition into your role.
- Create a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor individual progress to identify coaching opportunities and developmental needs.
- Participate in morning meetings, including role-play scenarios, product knowledge sessions, and customer service behavior training.
- Establish personal goals consistent with the company's marketing productivity standards.
- Learn to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and clearly explain promotions, expected outcomes, and services.
- Follow all company safety policies and compliance procedures.
