Key Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn Outreach by accessing and managing a LinkedIn recruiter/sales account
- Utilize automation tools (training provided) to connect with prospects and post content at least 3 times a week
- Respond directly to prospects including CEOs and decision-makers
- Support recruiting by interviewing applicants and providing feedback on talent matches
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share wins and address challenges
Required Qualifications
- Commitment of approximately 5 hours per week
- A willingness to learn, experiment, and grow from challenges
- Strong communication skills to represent the company with professionalism
