Social Media Coordinator - Influencer Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and ROI focused Influencer Marketing Coordinator for our Influencer program and have ownership over our influencer strategy, with a focus on expanding our Influencer program, driving profitability, and managing all content creation.

The ideal candidate is very data driven yet also creative, scrappy with an exceptional work ethic and a roll up your sleeves mentality. They also possess a strong desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are excited to play a pivotal role in supporting Underwear Expert’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify and manage relationships with influencers
• Develop ideas for outreach and creative briefs
• Establish and maintain professional one-on-one relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers and content creators, securing consistent messaging for our brand
• Leverage influencer content for brand marketing materials
• Take an analytical and ROI-driven approach to reporting on influencer program progress and challenges
• Manage the organic social media strategy

Qualifications:

• Hands-on professional experience managing productive influencer relationships for Instagram, specifically nano and micro in an ROI driven environment
• Experience with Tiktok and Instagram Influencers
• Experience managing content creation including strategy and execution
• Data-driven understanding of reporting and ROI in scaling a large Influencer marketing strategy
• Can-do attitude who can collaborate to drive results to meet company objectives
