In this role, you will fill, label, and package liquid antibodies into vials using laboratory tools such as pipettes, peristaltic pumps, and analytical balances. This is not a shipping or warehouse packaging role—it is hands-on work with scientific materials in a clean, lab-based setting.

  • Fill, cap, and label vials or bottles according to production orders.
  • Gather required materials (liquids, vials, caps, labels) and prepare workstations.
  • Operate laboratory equipment including pipettes, scales, and labeling machines.
  • Follow safety procedures, wear proper PPE (lab coat, gloves, goggles), and maintain a clean work area.
  • Keep accurate records in SAP and other systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly production goals.
  • Inspect products for quality and remove any defective items.
  • Assist with inventory and supply management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of industry work experience (science or manufacturing background required).
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and document work accurately.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.
