Thrive Psychological Services, Inc. is a fast-growing, multi-location behavioral health group practice serving the Inland Empire and beyond. We are a team of licensed clinicians dedicated to making mental health care accessible, professional, and modern. As we continue to scale our operations and digital presence, we are looking for a sharp, tech-forward team member who can help us grow smarter — not just harder.

This hire is also closely tied to our affiliated ventures, including CoRise Inc., a professional coworking space for mental health providers, and Building Bureau Inc., a building design and permit consulting firm. The right candidate will be stepping into a multi-business environment and should be energized, not overwhelmed, by that.

About the Role

This is a unique, high-trust position. You will serve as the right-hand operator to the company Administrator — a true Digital & Operations right hand who is part tech strategist, part automation builder, and part go-to problem solver. No two days will look exactly alike.

On the tech side, you will own our digital growth infrastructure: website management, lead generation funnels, CRM automations, SEO, AI-powered content tools, and vendor management. On the operational side, you will be trusted to field multi-business concerns as they arise, triage issues, research solutions, and implement fixes — so that leadership can focus on running and growing the businesses rather than getting buried in the details.

This is not a junior position, and it is not just a marketing role. We are looking for someone with enough technical fluency and professional maturity to take something off the plate of a busy executive — and own it completely.

What You Will Do

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Build and maintain landing pages, funnel pages, and microsites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
  • Manage on-page SEO, Google Business Profile listings, and directory submissions (Psychology Today, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, etc.)
  • Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Assist in producing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and short-form video content using AI-assisted tools
  • Support social media content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking

Automation & Lead Generation

  • Design and manage automated workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar
  • Build intake and lead capture forms that automatically route to our CRM
  • Set up automated SMS and email outreach sequences for new leads and appointment follow-ups
  • Configure and maintain booking system integrations with automated reminders and confirmation flows

AI Tools & Technology

  • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools that improve efficiency across marketing, operations, and communications
  • Co-develop AI-assisted workflows with leadership and proactively bring new tool recommendations to the table
  • Be willing to enroll in relevant courses and trainings — sponsored by the company — to stay ahead of the curve

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a direct operational support resource to the Administrator across all business entities
  • Field and triage day-to-day tech, procedural, and operational issues as they arise — research solutions and execute on them independently
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, holding external partners accountable, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Help draft communications, procedures, SOPs, or internal documentation when needed
  • Provide general executive support on time-sensitive business matters across Thrive, CoRise, and affiliated companies
  • Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and bring proposed solutions to leadership

Tech Support & Vendor Oversight

  • Evaluate and recommend technology vendors for web development, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold external contractors accountable to scope and deadlines
  • Provide light full-stack development support or coordinate effectively with developers when needed
  • Maintain working knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js and general web architecture so you can communicate fluently with technical vendors and developers

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years in digital marketing, marketing technology, automation, or a similar hybrid growth/ops role
  • Proficiency with at least one CRM/automation platform (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing websites on platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or Node.js — you need to understand how systems connect and be able to communicate with developers
  • Familiarity with lead generation funnels: opt-in pages, form routing, and automated follow-up sequences
  • Ability to set up integrations between platforms (webhooks, APIs, Zapier/Make flows)
  • Strong organizational skills — you will be expected to manage multiple priorities across multiple business entities simultaneously
  • High emotional intelligence: you will work closely with the Administrator and need to be trustworthy, discreet, and professional

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in behavioral health, wellness, or professional services marketing
  • Video editing or VSL production experience (CapCut, Descript, Canva Video, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious marketing practices
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for content and workflow automation
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads management experience

Employment Type

Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 or 1099 to be discussed based on candidate)

Location

Location: Inland Empire/Riverside, CA — On-site. Position may grow to be Hybrid.

Compensation

Compensation: $28–$40/hr, commensurate with experience

Hours

Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility for time-sensitive business needs
