Resort Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

As the Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist for Roundtop Mountain Resort, you will bring the resort brand strategy and guest experience to life through events, partner integrations, in-resort messaging, content capture, and more. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and community partners to ensure timely and safe project execution.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00/hr - $26.03/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on events and brand activations to bring the resort brand to life, acting as the on‐the‐ground marketing representative and project manager with various stakeholders.
• Help execute partner integrations in-resort by working with cross-functional teams and the Strategic Alliance team to deliver successful partner events and activations.
• Assist with in-resort content capture and production for social media, website content, and marketing purposes, managing relationships with creative vendors.
• Direct and execute messaging, signage, and guest-facing promotional materials to ensure the resort’s brand and initiatives are effectively communicated.

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (marketing, business, communications preferred).
• 2+ years of marketing, event, sales, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media channels.
• Excellent English language, strong writing skills, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the resort.

Preferred Qualifications

• Field marketing or event management experience.
• Beginner to intermediate level skier or snowboarder; comfortable on green terrain.
