Manager, Supply & Logistics

Position Overview

Founded at the birth of the building automation industry in 1983 as Kele & Associates (now Kele Companies), we became the first building automation distributor to offer an all-inclusive platform. Over the past 40 years, our team has played a key role in delivering on our promise: We Make It Easy. We are currently hiring for the role of Manager, Supply & Logistics. In this role you will manage strategic sourcing, purchasing operations, logistics, transportation management and develop a multi-site Hub & Spoke supply network. You will optimize both inbound and outbound logistics, negotiate supplier and carrier contracts, and drive continuous improvement in supply and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sourcing and the purchasing department, including the RFQ process and supplier contract negotiations.
• Develop and optimize the Hub & Spoke supply network ensuring product availability and efficient inter-facility transfers.
• Oversee all logistics operations such as inbound/outbound transportation and negotiate contracts with small-parcel and LTL carriers.
• Optimize Warehouse Management and ERP systems through data analytics, process improvements, and real-time problem resolution.
• Prepare and manage the annual Supply & Logistics budget, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, DC, and Branch Operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management.
• Strong experience in negotiating freight and supplier contracts.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and data analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications (APICS, CSCP, CPSM, CLTD) are a plus.
• Experience in developing multi-site supply or replenishment models.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities.
