Position Overview
We are seeking two Junior CX Specialists (UK and Australia based) to join our growing Customer Experience team at Aphex. You’ll work at the heart of our operations—ensuring that every new feature, improvement, and bug fix is thoroughly tested and that our users receive exceptional support. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, evolve, and eventually take on greater ownership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the QA process for every new feature, improvement, or bug fix before it reaches our users.
- Provide direct in-app support and monitor user feedback for patterns that drive product improvements.
- Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs while managing the triage process and backlog.
- Participate in early feature discussions and design reviews with UX, design, and development leads.
- Create and maintain clear documentation and resources to guide users through intricate workflows.
- Test new features and update help documentation to reflect improvements or changes.
Required Qualifications
- You are in the early stages of your career (or returning from a career break) and eager to grow multiple skill sets.
- You lead with curiosity and often ask, "how does that work?"
- You can explain complex topics in simple, friendly language.
- You have a keen eye for detail and excitement for solving puzzles and troubleshooting issues.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to group discussions.
