Job Description

Position Overview

As a Joint Replacement Sales Associate, you work as part of a sales team to learn and hone your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. You monitor territory development and maintain clear communication with the sales team. Our mission-driven Associates are key to delivering outstanding customer service by assisting the Sales Representative in surpassing sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in promoting and selling Stryker products.
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
  • Track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
  • Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Manage and maintain sample inventory meticulously.
  • Learn and hone selling skills and processes with coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
    • High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
    • Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Ability to handle instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical-related fields or B2B sales.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $72,100.00 - $112,200.00 salary plus bonus eligible. Actual range may vary based on location and individual skills and experience.
