Position Overview

At Infinite Solar Power we are seeking driven, elite Solar Sales Blitz Specialists to dominate the Phoenix and Arizona market. In this high-energy door-to-door role, you will generate quality sales opportunities and transform our D2D setters into high ticket closers. Your mission is focused and demanding: consistently knock 100+ quality doors per day during our monthly 1-2 week Blitz campaigns. Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month | Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mesa, AZ 85208

Key Responsibilities

• Extreme Volume Canvassing: Execute a minimum of 100+ quality door-knocks per day during all scheduled Blitz campaigns across Arizona.
• Monthly Blitz Commitment: Actively participate in our intense, high-focus 1-2 week market sprints each month.
• Rapid Appointment Setting: Build rapport with local homeowners and deliver an efficient pitch to secure confirmed, high-quality appointments for our closers.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet daily/weekly goals by setting high-volume appointments.
• Endurance & Resilience: Sustain high energy and performance over demanding 7+ hour field shifts, especially in the Arizona heat.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven environment is essential.
• Fitness: Must be physically capable of executing 100+ door knocks daily.
• Commitment: Willingness to fully commit to the rigorous schedule of our monthly Blitz campaigns.

Compensation and Rewards

• Uncapped & Accelerated Commission: Our structure is designed to massively reward your effort as a 100+ door-knocker.
• OTE Potential (Setting): Top performers in this role consistently earn between $80,000 - $120,000+.
• High-Value Trajectory: Opportunity to transition into a high-commission Closer role with OTE exceeding $150,000 - $250,000+.
• Market Focus: Applicants must be available in the Phoenix Metro area.
