As the Regional Manager (sales & operations) - Climate Control, you will ensure the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency in your territory by developing business and market strategies to drive growth and profitability, engaging and motivating employees, and leading sales initiatives to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop action plans outlining tactical steps to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Review Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategies to enhance regional and profit center operations.
- Establish a regional organizational structure to effectively meet customer needs and achieve growth objectives.
- Lead Store Managers in maximizing profits through optimal fleet mix, pricing, service, and maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with key management to execute programs and adjust strategies based on business conditions.
- Design and implement operational and sales-driven plans to deliver outstanding business results.
- Execute market plans to achieve maximum sales and profit potential.
- Identify and leverage industry and market trends.
- Direct the sales function including forecasting, management, and sales force development.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues and seizing opportunities.
- Coach and develop direct reports to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Foster coordinated leadership and consistency across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of district management experience plus 2 years in Sales.
- Proven track record of Profit and Loss Accountability.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Competence in product specification and technical design of projects.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop subordinates effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
