AT&T Sales Representative

Position Overview

Beyond Acquisitions, a leading marketing and sales company in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, is seeking a dedicated professional for a retail role as an Authorized Dealer of AT&T. In this position you will handle wireless, internet, and television appointments as well as in-store retail customer inquiries. You will provide information on products and services, troubleshoot and resolve product issues, and maintain accurate customer records. Applicants must be 18+ years old and work on-site at one of our in-store retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle wireless, internet, and television appointment bookings and retail inquiries.
• Provide information on AT&T products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and services.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Trainable, coachable, and a strong work ethic.
• Responsible with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively.
• A positive and professional attitude.
